About the Role

This project focuses on enhancing and maintaining service management tools that support the organization’s internal and external stakeholders. You'll work on optimizing user support tools, primarily Ivanti Service Manager, as part of a diverse and inclusive team dedicated to the energy transition.
Requirements
Skills Needed
University degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience with service management tools (preferably Ivanti Service Manager).
Proficiency in ITIL-based service management.
Experience with the development, operation, and maintenance of software systems.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Skills Considered a Plus
Knowledge of other service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Experience with MS SQL, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST APIs.
Background in IT operations management.
