About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Functional Analyst to support a major player in the banking industry. The mission involves working closely with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to define, design, and implement functional solutions. The role requires expertise in enterprise IT systems and business analysis methodologies, ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives, architectural standards, and security policies.
The analyst will be involved in all phases of the project—from requirements gathering and functional design to implementation and post-go-live support. The mission follows an Agile methodology, requiring collaboration across disciplines and active participation in sprints.
Requirements
Skills Needed
Minimum 6 years of experience in functional analysis
Strong knowledge of IT systems and architecture
Experience in business analysis and functional design
Understanding of banking industry processes
Experience working in an Agile environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Skills Considered as a Plus
Practical experience with Scrum methodology
Familiarity with enterprise security and integration layers
Knowledge of IT asset coordination and system dependencies
Location: Brussels, Belgium (50% remote)
Start Date: February 2025
