About the Role
We are looking for a Banking Domain Architect to support a key player in the financial sector. The role involves defining and maintaining enterprise architecture within the Investment and Life Insurance domains, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT project requirements.
The architect will work on IT asset cartography (as-is and to-be), ensuring smooth integration of architectural methodologies, project management, and IT development standards. Responsibilities include designing solutions that comply with infrastructure and security constraints while evolving towards target architecture. The role also involves performing certifications and homologations of solution architectures and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Requirements
Skills Needed
Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment, Life Insurance, or Enterprise Architecture
Strong hands-on experience in architecture within MIFID & Investment and Life Insurance domains
Deep understanding of financial services architecture
Ability to translate business objectives into IT architecture
Experience ensuring compliance with security and infrastructure standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and influencing abilities
Skills Considered as a Plus
Experience with Agile delivery
Knowledge of API architecture
Hands-on experience in Data architecture
Project Management certification is a bonus
Location: Brussels, Belgium (on-site with potential remote work)
Start Date: February 2025
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
