About the Role
A leading company in the life insurance industry is looking for an experienced IT Solution Lead Analyst to support a regulatory compliance project. This initiative focuses on ensuring compliance with new legal requirements related to pension declarations and financial reporting.
As the IT Solution Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, ensuring architectural coherence, and coordinating analysis efforts to deliver a robust solution. You will work closely with IT teams, developers, and stakeholders to drive the project's success.
Requirements
Skills Needed
5+ years of experience in IT solution analysis and management
Strong expertise in IT Front-end & Back-end systems
Proven track record in delivering IT analysis documents for complex projects
Experience with regulatory projects in the insurance or pension sector
Ability to lead and coordinate a team of analysts
Strong knowledge of business & functional requirements analysis
Hands-on experience in UAT testing support
Skills Considered a Plus
Experience with pension-related regulations and compliance
Familiarity with mainframe technology
Previous collaboration with multiple IT service providers and solution integrators
Ability to work fluently in English & French
